Kolbuc and Associates Inc. has saved many organizations, tens of thousands of dollars on costly grievance and arbitration procedures, through our third-party intervention strategic process, by resolving the issues at hand between the parties involved.
This process includes:
- Pre-intervention consultation with Union / Management representative, to clarify process and outcomes.
- Individual meetings using our structured interview and evaluation process.
- Collation and tabulation of individual meeting information.
- Written, summary report to parties involved.
- Follow-up to clarify report results and to develop a plan of action to effectively deal with the situation at hand.
We have used this process with only two individuals involved, but have also worked with entire departments of up to twenty. Unless otherwise determined, we assure complete confidentiality and depending on the situation and number of people involved they will remain anonymous. The intervention strategy outlined above is often followed up with specific training in the areas of interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, team building and/or may lead to specific organizational changes to improve how the organization operates.
