A two-day workshop for Leaders in Today’s Organizations
Today, with many organizations moving in the direction of self-regulated / directed work groups and teams, the role of the supervisor / manager has become more complicated. Now you must be facilitators, coaches, team leaders…. but also having to appropriately carry out the traditional roles of planning, organizing, directing and evaluating performance.
