Applied Leadership Program Developed in full consultation with approximately twenty (20) of the largest employers in Selkirk College’s region. Managers, supervisors, and individuals seeking leadership roles have identified the skills and theory desired for new or existing leaders to become successful. The result is a 7 course program that will provide individuals with leadership skills and knowledge they can immediately employ in the workplace.
