The TB4CQI Program takes an eclectic approach to TEAM Building And Continuous Quality Improvement (TB4CQI), by using a variety of tools and methods that best fit organizational needs and requirements. Whether a product based business or service organization, this program will produce immediate tangible results and a return on investment. The TB4CQI requires participation and commitment from all organizational levels.
The TB4CQI is a four-step process:

From start to finish the process can take from 4 – 6 weeks, or 4 – 6 months, depending on the size of the organization and the products and / or services being provided. Overall time would not exceed 50 hours. This can be delivered in a number of formats including individual consultation and coaching and group sessions and teambuilding.

STEP ONE: Initial Consultation and Organizational Review
An initial meeting with Key Players involved. This would involve a broad representation of Senior Management, Managers, and Team Leaders. The purpose of the meeting would be to:
- To gather information on the nature of organization.
- To establish clear timetable and deliverables
- Establish CQI variables and measurables.
STEP TWO: Custom Design of TB4CQI
- Develop individual and group intervention strategy.
- Customize ‘Key Decision Making Tools’.
- Present customization for review and finalization.
STEP THREE: Delivery of Customized TB4CQI Program
- Upon completion orgainzation will receive and acquire the tools for CQI.
- A complete development plan based on current challenges.
STEP FOUR: Evaluation and Follow-up Support
- Consultant / Trainers will provide immediate evaluation and provide all necessary follow-up support to ensure all action ideas are implemented.
