The foundation for Effective Teams is successful interpersonal relations. 

Through the use of the ‘Personal Profile System’ Team Members will:

  • Identify your work behavioral style and how it may positively or negatively affect others.
  • Learn to appreciate individual behavioral styles and how they contribute to the Team.
  • Use this information to turn all conflict into cooperation and build stronger and more effective Teams.

The Team Building Program may also include:

  • How to manage Change and corresponding Stress.
  • Development of a Team Charter and / or Strategic Plan.
