Vision, Mission and Goals

Kolbuc and Associates Inc. have worked with a number of organizations from business, industry, non-profit organizations and government at all levels; assisting them in developing strategic plans for their organization.

We have developed a process whereby we can effectively conduct a strategic planning session with up to 100 individuals at one time. Through this process we are able to create a common vision and purpose for a very diverse group of individuals very quickly.

We have also applied this model to assist communities and municipalities in developing a 'Community Economic Development Strategies', and in one instance facilitated a economic development planning process for the entire geographic area of B.C. / Omineca - Peace Forest District.

Through our initial consultation we will develop a process that best fits your organizations needs and current level of functioning.
