Incorporated on July 1st, 1985 in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada. Kolbuc & Associates adopted the LOGO, Canada Geese in Flight because.....

Canada Geese practice the benefits of shared responsibility and leadership. Flying in the familiar ‘V’ formation, a slight slipstream is created by the leader. Canada Geese rotate the lead position. As a result, the flock is able to fly up to 70% further.

Our Mission

Our Accomplishments

Since incorporating in July 1985, Kolbuc and Associates Inc. have provided over 20,000 hours of professional HR Consulting services and over 25,000 hours of 'training' to over 50,000 Employees from all organizational levels.

Kolbuc and Associates Inc. have also facilitated dozens of Economic Development Strategies for Cities, Municipalities, Regional Districts and First Nations Organizations and have provided hundreds of hours of Individual Coaching and Support to Leaders of these Organizations.

No job has been too big or too small.  Kolbuc and Associates have provided professional HR Consulting Services to Businesses with three Employees to Companies with 17,000 Employees.  We have facilitated meetings with three to 120 individuals at-a-time.

Principals & Associates

Philip J. Kolbuc - President

A Human Resource Professional with over twenty-five years of experience. Phil incorporated his own Human Resource Development Training and Consulting Company in July 1985, in Prince George, B.C.

He has personally trained over 10,000 Employees from every organizational level, and has worked in a consulting capacity with over 100 Organizations from Business, Industry, First Nations, and Government at all levels.

Prior to incorporating his own company, he worked for five years as a full-time tenured Faculty Member at a B.C. College in the area of the Business Management Studies Division. Phil has also worked in the capacity of Executive Director for several social service organizations, and as an Individual and Family Counselor.

Married since 1975, Phil has three children ages 18– 26 and has lived in Prince George, BC since 1977. He was born and raised in Edmonton Alberta. Attended Red Deer College, the University of Calgary and the University of Alberta. He completed graduate level training as a Reality Therapist through the Glasser Institute in California and has been a Practitioner of ‘Auto-suggestion’ and ‘Transcendental Meditation’ for over 30 years.

Marilyn E. Kolbuc - Secretary Treasurer

A founding partner in the incorporation of Kolbuc & Associates Human Resource Development Training and Consulting Inc. Marilyn has worked as full-time Secretary – Treasurer of Kolbuc and Associates INC.

Marilyn produces and provides all K & A resource material, and maintains Kolbuc and Associates websites: www.humanresourcestraining.ca and www.PhilKolbuc.com

Prior to incorporating Kolbuc and Associates, Marilyn worked full-time for over 8 years as a Child-Care Counselor for various Government Ministries, and Private Non Profit Societies.
